Band History in English language English
DECONSTRUCT was formed in early 2003. They immediately began recording and in April 2003 released a 4 song EP entitled "Sign Of Things To Come." The EP was added to over 60 college and commercial stations nationwide.

In April 2003, David Draiman and Dan Donegan of DISTURBED personally chose DECONSTRUCT to open the Music As A Weapon 2 concert in San Jose, CA. Chevelle, Taproot, and Unloco also appeared at the show, which was attended by over 5000. This was DECONSTRUCT's first live performance.

DECONSTRUCT quickly earned a reputation as a devastating live act, and has opened for a diverse array of major metal and hard rock acts including Iron Maiden, Dio, and Motorhead (at Sleep Train Amphitheater in Marysville, CA: July 2003); Def Leppard (at Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in Irvine, CA: October 2003); Nickelback and Puddle of Mudd (at Sleep Train Amphitheater: August 2004).

In May 2004, DECONSTRUCT released their second self-recorded EP entitled "The Human Condition - Act I," featuring tracks mixed by grammy award winner Michael Rosen whose credits include Tesla, Santana, and AFI.

DECONSTRUCT serviced "The Human Condition - Act I" to metal radio nationwide in late September. The EP was added to over 95 stations. Commercial station WOBX (98X) in North Carolina placed the song Time Kills into regular rotation on October 15, 2004.

DECONSTRUCT appeared on the debut episode of the MTV series "Battle For Ozzfest" on October 23, 2004.

In November 2004, the mulit-platinum artist KORN and commercial station 98 Rock in Sacramento selected DECONSTRUCT to open the KORN, Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, and Skindred concert at Arco Arena in Sacramento on November 12, 2004. The show was attended by approximately 10,000.

DECONSTRUCT has just released their first full-length album, entitled "The Human Condition." The band is also completing work on a DVD produced by Mike Sloat (Machine Head and American Head Charge video producer).

This is top notch, just the way I like metal, hard, melodic, a great voice, phat riffs and tight as can be, if your live shows are as great as your recorded music, you should have a great future. This deffinitely rocks big time, loved it.
