I was recently in and noticed one of my tunes is partly missing - only the first 40 seconds or so is there. It used to be intact. I wanted to go in and re-load it, but had forgotten my password. I have also changed email so I could not request the password as the email on file here would be incorrect. Is there a way I can retrieve my password so I can (1) update my contact info and (2) re-load the tune that's partially missing?

| I should mention that I have used "contact" a couple of times to tell someone directly here at Sound Lift but the emails have gone unanswered. |
